In the editor: I’m 70 years old and I have done my part of protesting. For example, in the early days of George W. Bush against Iraq in 2003, I was the first demonstrator of Wilphood films reading the “Popiritu Polders” Austin Polders “Pople, the real Poldero Boulevard Mololistics
I saw bush supporters started smiling when they saw the President’s name, to see their response quickly or screamed in a loose when they read the rest of my sign.
My experience brings me to agree with this column of Jonas Goldberg, which is more unique (“Trump DEPLOS, replies to protesters. It doesn’t end well,” June 9). Except Goldberg’s faith that Trump deployment at the National Guard is not illegal, I agree to his other points, especially the display of self-control and political manner of self. Violence is simply a game of Trump’s hands.
Trump is the worst president of eternity and there are many reasons for marching against him, his actions and his policies. I have done this before and I am again. However, they need, peaceful demonstrations to help prevent his oppression.
