Skid Rec unable to ‘be eligible to treat people as unwanted criminals’

In the editor: I think this is one of the most important features of the opinion published in La Times since I read it (“My neighborhood, Skid Row, not exactly what you think,” May 13). At one time when Govin Newsom prevents California to think of unpleasant or severe places to sleep, that these real people and communities affected by people and communities affected by violent policies.

Suffering and dangers of living in the skid row should not be ignored. However, they cannot be determined by treating people as unwanted criminals. I think David Greber and Wenghrow of David are best in their book, “Dawn all.” In paraphrase, “security” is meaningless in a definition. There is certainty of knowing someone with a statistically slightest chance shot. And then there is certainty of knowing that there are people to take good care if you are.
