Germany and Israel are in advanced talks for the sale of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) Bluewhale Unmancarened Sublaryoine, “Defense Netwe” website reports. Blawhale developed in a collaboration between IAI and German company Atlas Electronics. BlueWhale allows the compiling intelligence using a telescopic mast from water while Sinmarine Systems is installed to identify sea targets and shore.

Satellite communication antennas in the mast sent collected information in real time in designated command posts, found anywhere, at sea and on the beach. BlueWhale is reported to be 10.9 meters long, there is a diameter of 1.12 meters, and weighs 5.5 tons. This is power power, can reach a speed of seven knots and can patrol for at least ten days, depending on configuring and mission. Submarine detection and acoustic intelligence gatherings are made with a sonar ten meters long, set on both sides of the submarine.
