Any autistic person tells you that they are not strangers to annoy and embarrass themselves in a social setting. But they will also say to you how they ask for it, how they apologize or withdrawing shame, and then worked extra ways to avoid the same mistake in the future.
What they do not do is the gaslight of the person who makes the complaint, or try to move anywhere other than themselves; that is the nature of a narcissist. Autistic people can be narcissists and narcissistic people can also autistic – no significant link, so please leave autism with this discussion, as it is unrelated. Narcissists are naturally attracted to races that put it in limelight, and therefore no wonder they are greater than media, entertainment and politics.
Gregg wall fele should be responsible for her own actions, but it is the same responsibility for employers in “limelight industries” to find the narcissistic behavior at work and control it appropriate.
