‘Bar strike promoting’ a bad look while suspects are free

Massachusetts Public Defenders will be more money, but to get the plug on the whole system of justice, put the danger to the community of justice that is not good to see justice.

Hundreds “bars adventass” – Private activities paid to the State’s Maximum Committee for public interview services, refusing to take new clients while they seek a higher paycheck payment.

A court ruling last week that any defendant was held for seven days without representation was released from custody. After 45 days, charges should be destroyed, even for severe crimes.

As a result, hundreds of hazardous people accused of crimes may have expelled their cases and released the public starting this weekend and in the summer. Two defendant drug crimes have been released in Boston Municipal Court on Monday because they do not have lawyers. It’s just the beginning.

“The joint we won’t do it,” Andonang Jennifer O’bien said. “No one wants to go out of law of law of all debt and make $ 65 an hour.”

Don’t think that many people like to make $ 65 an hour. Or that no one forced people to go to law school and turns bars. It is not our problem that lawyers have a lot of debt. Why is the public problem?

But refusal to do your work does not show that you care about public safety or public interest. Holding the state hostage is bad optics. These bar advocates do not first place public or justice. They block the system for more bucks.

According to High Court, there are at least 557 unpaid courts seized by the Municipal court in Boston, at least 36 in custody. In County in Middlesex Middlesex, there are 587 defenses at least 25 in custody.

This is a serious public crisis.

And it’s not just the public defenders. Becomes a fancy of public employee unions.

Massachusetts teachers in Massachusets are now often continued to attack if they want better contracts, despite the fact that the prompt is illegal in the state.

As a result, thousands of children do not get the education they deserve. Teachers who are part of the powerful public employee unions now have a standard playbook to get more money: hosting the public rallies and getting their likes. Ploy works.

Today these bar advocates follow the same playbook, all for an additional 50 bucks one hour.

And of course some legislators and public officials obtained behind the bar advocates for a much better charge.

“This is a sacred work,” As the Councilor of the Governor Mara Dlane. “These are our hearts and souls who take care of people in this country, supporting the constitution of the time it is more dangerous than before.”

It’s nice to see Dolan can get some wasting while he can.

But it’s never possible that the public can be more polite when said drug dealers walk free.

If you swear to represent Imperdorts of the poor, then you are struck, you don’t think about public safety, and that’s frosting many people out of work.

If you don’t do your job as an advocate at the bar, then not one. Find another job.

The governor can try to try and solve this crisis, but it cannot be Maura Healey to put pressure on public defects to return to work. A spokesman for Healey mentioned the questions in the court court. Beautiful leadership.

Courts can participate in resolving dispute, but the Liberal SJC may not be the one to do.

There must be some other mechanism here to meet payments pay to public protectors. A hurry to work or stops that the public is not the way to do it.
