July marks a soft change point. The light remains at least, and time seems to have the possibility of possibility. Some of us have wrapped the sun with salted salt and sandy feet. Some found to be relieved to slow down – a walk in the morning, a fresh glass of something cold, a good book in the shadow. However, you spend your time, July is an invitation to live more perfectly, a little today.

July 1-8
1. Check your goals. We have six months and have six months left in 2025 – no better time to reflect on the goals you put at the beginning of the year. What is the matter? Do you have goals you can blow? Reframe and reset, and take this second half by storm.
2. Take a location less traveling during the day. Choose a direction and go – no map, no plans, curiosity. Look for the road to the road, stop the swimming hole, and let your content wander in shelter.

There is no pressure to focus well, no major commitments to make – just a pure pleasure. Any book you can imagine yourself putting the beach with a lot of time without stopping, that’s the reader. Head to the library, a bookstore, or your Libby app and it happens.

30. Go to the water. Take a salend to a paddle, take a surf lesson, or go to a boat. However, you enjoy water, don’t be afraid to read your hair.
31. Damn of the month and make new goals for August. See all this month is brought to your life. Have you met new people? Experience new opportunities? Learn new things? In your journal, write down what is good and what you want to happen in another month. Then, do that positive energy and shine it with an amazing August.
