Air Arabia, the first east east and North Africa and largest carrier carrier operator, resume Direct flights between Sharjah and Damascus from July 10, 2025.
Route moves twice daily, connecting to Sharjah International Airport with Damascus International Airport. The service marks the return of Syria for carrier after years of suspension.

Air Arabia changes direct flights of Syria from July 2025
Adel Al Ali, Chief Executive Executive Executive Officer of Air Arabia, said: “We are pleased to continue to fly to Syria in the region and meet the growing need for travel between UAE and Syria.
“By introducing a double day-to-day service, we seek to offer more convenience and flexibility for business travelers and entertainment, while also supporting trading growth between two countries.”
Customers can book flights through Air Arabia website, by call center, or by travel agencies.
Air Arabia acts in an Airbus Acquire A320 and A321 aircraft, which is described as the most selling planes alone aisle.
The plane offers ‘Standime’, the complete flight-flow service, and ‘SkyCafe’, onboard menu.
Passengers can access ‘Air Rewards’, which is defined by the plane as the most extremely relevant program of loyalty in the region.
