Bryan Kohberger Theory Defense Who ‘True’ Killers Shot by the judge

Bryan KohbergerThe defense should return to the drawing board … after the judge of his criminal case the legal team’s efforts to point to the finger to four more suspects.

Kohberger has been preparing for a test this summer after the four students at the University of Idaho … and he planned to argue with the other man.

But in legal documents, obtained by Daily MailThe Judge blocks the Kohberger defense team from presenting evidence to say to a person who has a real murder as their evidence “wild assumption” and “thorough thinking.”

Khberger’s life is in line here … Prosecutors seek death penalty when he is found guilty to kill Xana Kernodle,, Ethan Chapin,, Kaylee Goncalves and Madison Mogen.

The judge says no evidence connects people who Kohberger claims to be murderers in the occurrence area.

Kohberger is not clearly admitted that it may be behind the murders … and now the public is not really aware of their identities.

The Judge also placed the Timeline for future Kohberger test … Jury’s choice was scheduled for August 4 and Aug. 18 marks the start of opening statements.
