The hearing is over Joseph’s alleged “willful judicial misconduct” which stems from her allowing a wanted illegal immigrant to flee out the back door of the newton district court in 2018 to avoid Ice agents waiting out front to scoop him up.
Healey, with Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, supported Joseph’s action.
Joseph, a Democrat, appointed by the Bench of Republican Gov. Charlie Baker. So he might also come to hear again.
The case against Joseph was chased by the past US Attorney Andrew Lelling, a Trump’s PrintIntuee introducing federal cases.
It was like the new case of Milwaukee Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan, a Democrat like Joseph, who also allowed a wish to return home to the courtyard of ice agents.
The difference is that then Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump in 2020, the federal charges fell against Joseph. The lelling ran. Now that Trump has returned to the course, it was suspended, faced with six years imprisonment if convicted.
Trump has left, Joseph will face the same fate.
This is a perfect example of how anyone is above the law – except for some people.
Today, with no criminal charges against him, the Commission can recommend the supreme court of court Joseph again or discipline. It doesn’t get him.
Neither is the SJC.
The nine members of Siny are made up of three governors, and three each of the principals of SJC and upper court. The governor taught all the judges, including seven SJC members.
Under the lawsachusetts, as the Commission quoted, “nor the Commission or the Supreme Court of the Jewish or the power of the court had the power to remove a judge from the bench from the bench.”
That power is in the Legislature controlled by Democrat coordination of Democrat -Controled -Controlled
When Joseph reported on the federal conspiracy of the federal, Healey, then the state’s states, “called a charged” attack on our courts. “
While Herety or spice is expected to show listening and testifying of Joseph’s name, you can see how wind blowing.
However, hearing time cannot come to the worst time considering further activity of Massachusetts and anywhere through illegal immigrants.
One case point is near the riot of worcester protesters in the window tried to prevent ice agents who accused his pregnant 16-year-old daughter.
Another instance is to try New Jersey politicians broken by an ice detention facility holding illegal criminal killing and rapists saying to examine their situation.
Anyone thinking about reaching a point in the country where democratic politicians fight to break in prison instead of fighting to prevent?
No doubt they do not count a democratic judge to allow them to backdoor.
