Night sky offers lucky skywatcher an unexpected double part of May 17 – a surprise geomagnetic hurricane and a mysterious white plumes flowing into the auroras.
Moderate (G2 class) Geomagnetic Storm has come as a surprise, kicking off early Friday (May 16) after the land removes the Gundan blowing a Coronal Mass Ejection (CME). CME launches a Colossa Filament explosion on May 12 from the north of northern hemisphere. At first it was expected to miss WORLD“bird’s nail” is more than predicted, with some materials of interesting land 4 days after it the sun.
But the real head-turner came when a streak of bright white light shines in Colorado and other parts of the US at first thinking that it was a strange version of stump – a unique atmospheric event that can accompany the Northern lights. But skywatchers know it’s a matter of course very different.

The guilty? A recent rocket launch. Almost an hour later, company company launched Zhuque-2e methane-fieled rocket from Satelays Launch Center (JSLC), in China. It brings six Satellite into orbit, including a radar spacecraft and space science payload. Streak is likely to come from a de-orbitization of burnt, it is possible related to satellite deployment, according to Spaceweather.com.
Astronomer Jonathan McDowell brings X to confirm that the white streak of light is the result of the Zhuque-2 stage by the US four corners of the US. McDowell added explained that the white streak is caused by coconut fuel from the upper period of about 155 miles (250 km) length.
