Microsoft’s Famery Family Safety is designed to prevent certain types of websites from children. Obviously, Google browser browser is also blocked – but there is a workaround.
Chrome, a web browser launched by Google in 2008 – not working if users have family safety capability. The first report of bug seems to date until June 3, If a user is posted in Google’s Online Support.
The user means that Chrome always closes when man attempts to use it. Restart their computer and install chrome doesn’t work.
“It keeps saying the same thing, ‘no update is available,'” the user writes.
The problem should occur on Windows computers set up to use Microsoft Family safety, which filter time filters and allowing the time management on screen. (There is also Family family family.)
A representative for Microsoft does not immediately respond to a request for commentary.
What to do if your chrome crashes because of this bug
There are two ways around this issue. Maybe the easiest way is Follow these steps:
- Go to https://familysafety.microsoft.com Or open the Family Safety Mobile App.
- Choose your child’s name.
- Go to Windows tab, then with apps & games, and unblock chrome. A different one of this step is to disable “filter inappropriate websites” under the EDGE tab – and allow your child to surf any website.
