Leumit Health Funds buy six lowest flooring at City Tower at West Rison Lezion with 12,000 square meters of office office for 155 million. The Holath Fund will move its headline from there from Shpinzak Street in Tel Aviv. The building is scheduled to prepare for the occupation of late 2026.
If the G City Tower has completed 32 floors with 60,000 square meters in space in the main carpentry office and within the corner of Moshon Lezion and the Road to the Rural Azani (Road 20). In the future there is a station near the Light Rail Green Line. Agreement also includes 100 parking spaces.
