The control of the British Council’s work abroad outside is a short step. Dividing influence and courtesy for UK from small financial investment is important and useful. I spent 25 years of working on pro-democracy missions in 35 new and advancing demokies on four continents and I experienced projects run by British Council.
In addition to many English courses and literature, it simulates small projects to each country’s particular needs. I appreciate the flexibility of the local British boss in observing functions for training for training, civic education and similar needs.
