The new proton-proton-first ai assistant encrypts all chats, no watch logs

Privacy released the proton of Privacy Privacy on Wednesday released by AI assistant, called Lumo, saying that leads to the user’s data protection.

The company says Chatbot doesn’t watch your conversations, have a final encryption for storing chats, and offers a ghost mode for the conversation when you shut the window.

Available through a Web clientas well as Android and iOS Apps, Lumo does not require to have an account to use Chatbot and ask. You can upload files to answer Chatbot questions about it, and if you have a Proton Drive Account, you can connect it to Lumo to access files stored in the cloud. While chatbot has access to the web, you may not see the latest results if you use them to search.

Proton as an intention of explaining that its focus is on privacy. The company says the resource based on the open source models, and it only depends on them for research and progress without using user models to train models. Lumo also said it depends on encrypting zero, a method of encryption also used by other proton products, to allow users to have their conversation conversation.
