There is real thing new and delicious as homemade ice cream. I can’t tell you how many times I’m about to buy an ice cream maker. But I always support the last second, who realizes me never Remember to put that bowl in freezer 24 hours ahead. And I don’t know about you, but if I’m in the case for ice cream, I don’t want to wait a day and a half.
Luckily, this recipe recipe – that I learned to be a late, very hot night last summer – just about 20 minutes a food procession (or strong blender). I call it “lazy ice cream” because it has a more soft soft service than the classic, scoopable kind you get from a store. But there is nothing that no half of the heart is about to taste it. I made the lazy ice cream even if we had a buying ice cream at home – that’s good.
Tazy Ice Cream
Makes up nearly 3 cups
1½-2 cups frozen fruit, such as raspberries, blueberries or mango
1 14-ounce to be sweet condensed milk (you only use half)
½-1 cup heavy cream
Gather your ingredients and put food processor. If you remember, press the freezer cream as you combine the processor. It’s not mandatory, but it doesn’t hurt with extra cold cream.
Pour your fruit into the processor and easily carry the combined milk above, starting with a spoonful couple. Pour cream on, starting just half a cup. Now Pulse! The mixture will come together quickly, so look at it. Just as it began to see the uniform, stopping for a taste. Does this additional cream need? Add a quarter cup. Does it need more shield? Flow to another spoon mentioned milk. Change pulse until all is combined, then taste and adjust as needed. You can do it or twice, add a cup of cream and about half a can of a cans of condenseded milk. Anyone else than that and you’ll get better with a very cold and delicious pudding – big, not just ice cream.
Serve right away, and break up with any leftovers in a freezer container. If you are in charge of leaving any night, it will definitely get rid of the next day!
Note: In my experience, these works best with frozen raspberries, blackberries, or mangoes – but work on what you have. The key is to start by throwing all fruit, then add a little cream and condensed milk at a time.
Do you have a lazy-but-freve recipe I can add to my roster? Bonus if it’s a cold!
