Good afternoon, and welcome to our second quarter call earnings. The speakers now cover some highlights from the quarter, and then let’s take your questions. We have Tom Provon, our CEO; Jim Harper, our principal credit officer; and David Spreacio, our CFO.

Now I will cover our views look forward. Some of the call revenue call discussion may include statements ahead.
