Microsoft says it won’t use Chinese engineers for Department of Defense Work

nEXT A Pro Mova Report Microsoft uses Chinese engineers to help comput cloud computational systems for the US Department of Defense, the company says it changes so that it will never happen.

The existing system is reported to depend on “Digital Escorts” to manage Chinese-based engineers. But according to Pro Movoa, those escorts – US citizens with security clearances – sometimes lacking technical skills to monitor engineers.

In response to the report, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegsth wrote X“Foreign engineers – from any country, including Chinese course – should not be allowed to maintain or access DOD systems.”

On Friday, Microsoft’s main communication officer Frank X. Shaw will try: “In response to concerns that were raised earlier this week regarding high US engineers insured with no government engineering services to the Do Government.”
