Myang Electronics IPO: Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Mrs. Electronics will open Wednesday, July 23, with the intention of raising Rs 460 crore to fund payment of lenders.

Band in price, size of many
Mrs. Electronics has set up the price band for the issue between Rs 225 and Rs 237 per part. Investors can apply for a minimum of a large number of 63 parts of equity, and its multiples.
At the upper end of the price band, the company’s capitalization’s capitalization stands at Rs 2,700 crore.
IPO structure, size
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth RS 400 crore and an offer for sale (ofs) of 25.5 lakh equity shares by promoters, too much to rs 60.43 crore at the upper price band, which brings the total ipo size to rs 460.43 crore.
Using revenues
Profits from fresh issues are available for debt repayment, capital requirements, and corporate purposes.
Allocation structure
The IPO allocation is structured by 50 percent reserved for qualified institutional buyers (Qib), 35 percent for job investors for non-institutional investors (NIIS).

Book managers running for the issue are investment counselors in the Motilal Osilal, IIFL Capital Services, and JM services assigned to the register. Company shares are expected to be listed in the Stock Exchange on July 30.
