The Real Estate Delek Company Israel Properties (Tase: DLPR) completes the introductory public offering (IPO) to a Penial Tev Aviv in NIS 660 million, before money. In flotation, the company, controlled by Lahav LR Real Estate (Tase: Lahv) and type Mantzur, raises 173 million from institutional investors.
The IPO of Delek Properties, in charge of the property made of the Israel’s delek property of the gas stations at the beginning of a sales of 1 billion. However, as well as known, the company received a cold shoulder from institutions showing the willingness to invest in the company, in a certain amount than the company’s equity (part of the NIS 840 million).
