In the editor: Anyone watching the video of the Landscaper Narciso Barranco arrested by the Secretary of Immigration A and Customs Tricaaughlin who lied to his claim that minimal strength was used (“Father of three marines beaten by masked federal agents, released from immigration facility,” July 11). His suggestion is this old gardener with a tray Edger even caused threats between a dozen federal armed agents. But that’s the soupe Duud of this administration every day today: False, twice in lie, then accuse your accuser with a “fake news.”
Yes, Barranco has entered America illegally to ’90s looking for a better life – a crime, on the road, as quickly in a country active in another way. He lives in a life that can be proud to be proud, working, paying taxes, with three sons of the Marines and never violates another law. We are a country of immigrants. It’s time to honor them than to intimidate them.
