The old rum has a timeand the oldest continuous operating rum distillery made to make it.

Appleton Estate only released the source, the oldest elderly tropically rum-a unique and kind spirit united in 51 years. This greater rum marque work from Appleton single-estate Sugar cane, and the liquid is detached from their traditional copper pots. Rum begins its life actually on July 30, 1973, if it originally rested in one American Oak Cask. From the humble beginning, a collection of over 40 casks is then made with an eye to experiment with hyper maturation. The liquid immediately cautiously in the former Master Blender, Owen Tulloch, and later trusted by his successor and current women’s blender women.

Enthusiasts of the Spirit more familiar with hyper-old whiskey should be noted. Due to the aggregate of the tropics, the difficulty of producing a rum tropical united in more than five decades is not a small cause. The climate of Jamaica is united with the Spirit nearly 2-3 times faster than the coolest situations of America and Europe, which this liquid is greater than a scotch of its age. As a result, this unique liquid (limited to 25 decanters only in the world) brings an important price of $ 70,000.

To warn effort, time, and unique quality of rum, the appleton estate selected at home with defanters with a substance containing an appleton estate. The water source of expression is also the spiritual heart of every rum made by distillery, and has been a source of inspiration for Master B Blender Dr. who calls it one of his favorite places in the world.

To celebrate this milestone release, also launches Appleton Estate in a collaboration with Jamaica Art Society to provide support and opportunities for Jamaican Artists & Curators. Appleton Estate the origin of 51-year-old rum reviews

Appleton Estate

ABV: 62%
Average price: $ 70,000

The Rum:

Appleton Estate the origin of 51-year-old rum is the oldest tropically tropically rumed rum. This one marque rum is used for seamless space, open fermentation, pot distillation, and adult in American oak cashs. This release was originally placed in oak trees in 1973 and pulled out of the cask on January 2025. Finally, the express bottle of 62% abv.

Taste notes:

Nose: The nose is opened with a rough cloud of spiced figs, sweet oak, syrup date, and Madagascan vanilla. Layers of Cinnamon, raw maple syrup, and torched orange rinds add a ton of depth and complexity of the fragrant profile, throw away the dark sweet notes.

Palate: In the palm, you first blow black cherries, moist coffee cake, truffle chocolate, and starring. Once acclimated to the rich flavors, I found this rum strangely passionate. It has a living mouth with each corner of the tongue, and then sitting with it for a moment, it’s a striking fruit and the Cotcha, and the Cotcha’s notes, and spiced figs forgers to pick up the stage.

Finish: It’s a real green and viscous rum with an unclean, punching Spice-Laden at its top finish. The Cinnamon and Peppercorn’s bark leads to pay per SIP crescendos before the end of the oak trees and signs of candied ginger.

Lower line:

It is not just the whole rum of the world between five decades, but is given difficulty in achieving such a cause, the liquid made by this project is extremely unique. Due to the greater reason, it should be said that this bottle is only in the hands of the largest collectors, those intentions of enjoying abundance of treasures found in each bottle. Appleton source represents a true experience with a true experience, not only because of the lack of its lack, which is also a badly dynamic textural profile and a stunning texky and a stunning palette.

Simply say, this is not the crown attribute of Appleton Estate; It represents a new pinnacle in tropically aged rum as a category.
