I know, I know. If you are not a vegetarian, you may think if it is possible to replace taco meat with a tofu version. As someone who has never had actual taco meat, I can’t prove that it is the same. However, I can confirm that it will taste exactly, certainly well. The key is to use the pressed and crushing tofu. - Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- Chips tortilla
- Lime wedges
- Chopped cilantro
For dressing:
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Ranch Time
- Pickled Jalapeños, depending on the spices like
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Purchor of salt and pepper
- Prepare the tofu. Add the oil to a pan and carry a low medium heat. Add Mustot with a pinch of salt and cook till the startot starts just to come back to gold. Add garlic, bell pepper, and seasoning to taco. Stir in mixing and cooking for a minute or so until the spices can be aromatic. Add Tofu and Sauté, thu coating optional, if Toofu feels dry you can add a splash to water or a couple spoonfuls of salsa. Remove from heat and lift until ready to gather salad.
- Prepare to dress. Add all components to a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Spend until ready to accumulate salad.
- Grouping of salad. Add all components to a large bowl. Top of lime juice and dressing. Enjoy!
