The wholesale price index (WPI), measures changes to producer levels, remain relatively strong in 2.1 percent year-year. However it detects a small monthly reduction of 0.1 percent in June.

  • Annual CPI (June 2025 vs June 2024): 2.3 percent
  • Month CPI (June 2025 against May 2025): 0.2 percent
  • Annual WPI: 2.1 percent
  • Monthly Change to WPI: -0.1 percent

Strength at both consumer prices and wholesale continues to maintain effective inflation control, even if other global economies continue to produce prices and living concerns.
