Develop an antibody monoclonal against a synthetic peptide in Buthotus Saul Scorpion Venom: a novel diagnostic and neutralizing tool

Abstract

Information: Hybridoma technology is an important method used to produce monoclonal antibodies, which provides equal specifically and typically for biomedical applications. This procedure uses the process of forming hybridoma by fusing lives in the short life, the non-death of the monoclonal antibodies have been held by hybridoma, which makes the polyclonal antibodies in a significant product of diagnostics and Therapeutics. In this study, we tried to produce monoclonal antibodies to target a synthetic peptide in Buthotus to Buthotus, native to Iran, known to have tranitary dangerous

to children and the elderly. Methods: Balb / c rats are immunized in synthetic peptide P4 before SP2 / 0-AG14 Myeloma cells using Polyethyley Glycol at 5: 1 ratio. Hybridoma cells cultivated the hat select media with a clone alone with the limiting digestion. Result: Cell production has proven to have an enzymelinked immunosorbent Assay (Elisa) and determined definite Mainan B. Saulcyi Venom. Neutralize is determined using MTT and SRB cells Hepg2 and determines monoclonal antibody protemody treatment for B. Saulcyi Venom has effectiveness. Conclusion: These findings highlight the potential of this mAB as a diagnostic tool for B. Saulocyi Venom’s quick analysis of clinical settings, developing scorpion enreasure.
