The US and Cybersecurity Company Akamai is in advanced lease talk at 15,000-20,000 square meters of Givayayim. The tower, owned by Tidhar and George Horesh’s Union Group, include 72 floors and scheduled to occupy next year. The tower looks at the Alaon Highway near Tel Aviv Central Salemor Ravidor State.
Akamai is currently available toha 1 Building on Yigal Wave Street in Tel Aviv and if addresses to be spent new office at the office of Tech Company’s office in Israel. According to industrial estimates, tower rentals are NIS 90-100 per square meter before the interior design, so the deal (if signed) have an amount of 18 million per year.

More than the towers are two towers built in Givayayim on the Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan border. The second tower will include apartments, which is actually hiring. Office construction is built using green construction and scheduled to be given a platinum leader standard – the highest level.
