Social media platform X CEO Linda Yaccarino announces his decision to go down from his role. He led X owned by Elon ex the past two years.
While announcing his decision in X, Yaccarino declares gratitude to elaborate on giving him responsibility to protect free speech and “change x to all apps.”
In a post on X, Yaccarino stated, “after two incredible years, I’ve decided to step down as CEO of X. When @elonmusk and I first spoke of his vision to carry out the extraordinary mission of this company. I’m immensely grateful to him for him. I’m immensely grateful to him for Entrusting me with the responsibility of protecting free speech, turning the company around, and transforming x into the everything app. I’m incredibly proud of the X team – the historical business around us. “
“We started with critical early work needed to put our users’ safety first – especially national newcomers with a new chapter with a new chapter of @xai,” he added, “he added.
He called x a “real digital square of the city” for all voices and the most powerful cultural signals “and they do not have the support of their users, businessmen and the newer team.”
In the X post, he also wrote, “x Actually a digital square of our users and the most fun group of our users. As always you have kept in the world again. As always, I can always keep you in the world.”
He joined X, then known as Twitter, in 2023, about six months after picking up the social clatform. Before participation in X, he served as a global advertising seat at NBCiravidersal and media, reported on the hill.
As he served as CEO of X, many changes were carried by the platform, including revision from Twitter to x, and many crises. The advertisers fled to the site after taking the musk in x, as he began to introduce different policies to carry the content and previously restored to the US President Donald Trump.
His efforts to return the platform advertisers sometimes rejected in Musk. In 2023, musks have been able to attend advertisers to finish their spending on the platform above a report written in the white nationalist content reports, they are told to “go yourself,” the hill is reported.
His departure from x comes as Musk wants to combine the social media company with his artificial intelligence (AI) firm Xai, reported on the hill. Earlier in March, Elon Musk said Xai got X in a USD 45 billion deals.
