Instead of advertising, the state farm should assist its customers

In the editor: I’m happy with the Commissioner Commissioner Ricardo Lara is the State Farm Investigation (“Angry homeowners and a state review. What is the error in the state’s response to the state,” July 7). Our house of wildfires lost and listened to many zoom calls where we heard terrible stories from the victims of the fire that had been tortured by their advocates.

Two Suggestions: I think there needs to be looking at dollar dollars State Farm. It seems that money can be better spent helping victims and not undergoing a 17% price increase in its customers.

Second, I want all insurance companies don’t require us to invent each piece of lost property. It’s a funny and bad need and almost impossible. If companies make sure we are for our content, then they clearly know how much they know what we owned and happy to take our insurance premiums for many years.
