In the editor: Seeing pictures and reading stories from Texas, our hearts crushed for the pain of parents, spouse and children left (“At least 43 people were killed in Texas flood; 27 children in the summer camp,” July 5).
We have to stop reflecting what our President tells if it happens in California instead of Texas. That way the fool is located.
I don’t know what political and social perspectives are in the heart left in the heart, but it doesn’t have to have a difference. It doesn’t make the difference in floods and it doesn’t have to be different from us. They are our countrymen, and they need our support – financial, social and any conversation we can feel the sound of the opposite.
We all have to pray, in our own way, for the day we work together to solve our country’s problems.

In the editor: The Secretary of US Kristiland Kristi Noem said the Trump administration will make this priority to upgrade the National Weather service technology. Someone needs to tell him that, because the writer Hayley Smith plans to plan on cutting thousands of employees next year – 1%, according to the fiscal 2026 budget request “(“Flooding Texas promotes fatal climate risk from severe time,” July 6).
