The reader feels the call to speak against the GOP Megabill

In the editor: If I’m retired to my teaching career, I decided I would activate engaging in trying to make a difference by communication in the written form. I have already assigned students in history in 16 years and now I want to get to a larger audience. Although writing is rewarding, I feel like I need to keep talking with the verb to try making a difference.

In that impact, I have, on three occasions, calling lawmakers to express my opinion of the law. I call countless federal lawmakers during President Trump’s first term to try to keep the cheap act of care from again. I still remember my pleasure to see Sen. John McCain deals with deciding vote.

Two times today in the past two months, I call every senator in two bills, the first creature that saves. Yesterday, I completed 100 calls to try to convince senators that the parts of the “great lovely bill” were harmful (“The Republicans of the Senate are looking for more medicaid cuts and reduces the reduction of salt to the big Trump bill,” June 17). Multiple cuts of social programs such as Medicaid, Medicare and the cheap act of caring excessively and values seem to be updated every day. My biggest fear is the provision of Page 562 that only a few learned about and discussing (including your article). Although details are confused, the effects are clear: the power of the courts, which are so far away, people should be weak and the consequences can cause perfect dictatorship.

In the editor: Simple response to avoiding violent and unnecessary cutting programs and services funded by Federal Government is to expire Trump Tax cuts.“Republican facractures increase Trump’s Megabill,” June 19). Our priorities must be poor, those who are at risk of health care, school lunch programs, National Parks and climate change, not maintaining taxes for the rich.
