Sebi approves Confidential Place to Tata Capital for Rs 17,200 crore IPO

Tata’s capital, a subsidiary of Sound soundslikely to be a step closer to launch 17,200 crore Initial public offering (IPO).

Securities of the market regulator in the Indian market (Sebi) have avoided draft financial companies for the public issue, filed with the confidential route, told the public route, saying that two people are familiar with progress.

After the SEBI can avoid confidential red herring prospectus (DRHP), the company files an updated public regulator draft. Then compete with the red herring prospectus (RHP) with a regulator before the IPO launch.

In the quarter of March, united income after taxes 31% to ₹ 1,000 crore, from ₹ 765 crore at the same time in the same period last year. Operational income increases almost 50% to 7,478 crore compared to ₹ 4,998 crore a year ago.

For full-year fiscal 2024-25, the company posted 3,655 crore profits as against the ₹ 3,327 crore of FY24. Total income for the year grows at ₹ 28,313 crore from ₹ 18,175 crore.
