Dubai municipality AED277 million ($ 75.4 million) ($ 75.4 million) project to enter the Nad Sheba 3, again in the infrastructure of 300 plans as part of the future city.
The Dubai municipality announced the successful completion of a major drainage and water development of Nad Al Seba 3, given to the total cost of AED277M ($ 75.5.4m).
The project about the authority’s strategic infrastructure to enhance the city’s strength and support its transfer to a global benchmark for smart, sustainable city.
Cover a 340 hectare area and serve around 300 land plots, new networks extend public health, climate preparation, and service efficiency.
Dubai Drainage and Sewersage
The initiative is a key feature of AED30BN ($ 8.2bn) ‘TASREEF’ Project for rainfall and $ 21.8bn) Stewerase System System Steprade Project – Two of the Rainfall Property.

“Completion of Nad Al Sheba 3 project is an important step toward connecting all of Dubai’s places to a complete sewerage and emirate network to face the future’s climateical challenges in the next 100 years.
“The Municipality of Dubai remains commitment to deliver integrator developed works for sewerage collection systems and rain with maximum international patterns.
“By applying advanced technologies and solutions, we intend to increase the development of surgery, and improve the state of life in the basic emirate towns for advanced infrastructure.”
Scope and Project Project Features:
- Sewerage Network: A 24km sewerage system with pipeline diames from 200mm constructed, several home connections and units of main network
- The rainwater canal: a high-capacity pumping station with a drop-up rate of 4,000 liters per second installed to manage the flow of storm. Besides, a 31km gravity based on the pipeline network (250mm-1,500mm diameter) ensures the best drainage of heavy rainfall and reduces flooding risks.
