Dubai Executive Council approved Dubai Orchestra Project under Dubai Soldid Ald Mohoum Soldid Dubai Prostid Duboma, Minila in Prostid DaShum.
The initiative aims to develop emirati arts at the global stage, the position of Dubai as a center for culture, an incubator for creativity, and a hub for talent.
The project will raise the efficacy of the arts sector in Dubai and supports local talent.
