After an Iran’s missile strike on the weekend, a central ambition of the central Israel that includes a high-rave residential residential and five-story office is evacuated. The impact causes serious structural damage to the residential tower itself, and its impact also spreads to the commercial flooring, which leads to immediate evacuation of all tenants. According to the sources that are familiar with the state of the building, the damage requires a lot of renovating work, and can take several months and at least one year until the offices and apartments can be used again. At this stage, the entire building cannot be accessed publicly, except for the specified permissions provided by the designated teams that delete equipment and making urgent work.
In addition to real damage caused, the total structural implications for the strength of the building and the possibility of repositioning the roof, including roof damage and binding of critical infrastructure. It has not yet known, as the residents and colleagues have told the building, if the building should be destroyed.
To increase the pains of tenants in the building, Michael Eisenberg, a fund of Alefe, postponed by a portfolio company from a broken window in the complex window. “Scoundrels take advantage of the circumstances like this,” Eisenberg wrote, “Be vigilant and check that everyone is closed even after the missiles hit.”
