NASA continued to try different robotic models in a simulated lunar surface as it acts on the purpose of returning the moon.

What is it?

the Rassor (Regolith Advanced Operations Operations Robot) is a long distance run mobile robot designed to shrink rocks and dust from month. In most recent tests, the rassor creates a long length berm in simulated lunar dust.

Where is it?

NASA tried the latest granular rassor and reholith operations labs in Kennedy Space Center In Florida in late May 2025.
