The taxonomy of crab spiders (Thomisidae) Focusing on multiple reviews, adding new genera as Ibana and Buckeria while the skill Ascurisoma OTHERS Cebrenninusand define a lot of new species. A collection of crab spiders from the province of Jambi (Sumatra, Indonesia) reveals further variation, resulting in the description of a new genus, Rangkayo Dhiyo’ulhaq & Benjamin, Lost. noVeMberand five new species: Buckeria Neofel Dhiyo’ulhaq & Benjamin, Fountain. noVeMber (♂♀), Ibana Svarnadvipa Dhiyo’ulhaq & Benjamin, Fountain. noVeMber (♂♀), Phata Soseomaculata Dhiyo’ulhaq & Benjamin, Fountain. noVeMber (♀), Rangkayo black Dhiyo’ulhaq & Benjamin, Fountain. noVeMber (♂♀), and Rangkayo Perkaso Dhiyo’ulhaq & Benjamin, Fountain. noVeMber (♂♀). In addition, new records of Angaeus Christ Benjamin, 2013 (♂), Angaeus verrucosus Benjamin, 2017 (♂), Buckeria Kinabalu Benjamin, 2016 (♂), Epinius Changed Benjamin, 2017 (♂), and Phata chasing Thorell, 1891 (♂♀) provided for Sumatra, as well as high resolutions of Cebrenninus Tignus Benjamin, 2016 (♂) and Cebrenninus round Simon, 1887 (♀). The present study promotes a large biodiversity of the tropical crab spider and emphasizes the importance of continuous taxonomic and ecological weather research in Southeast Asia.
