The Latin Mental Health status of Mental Health is Latin music change

“Have you been to therapy now?” Latin Mafia asked a recent installation post on Instagram with a link to their album. In addition to being most exciting post-genre action from Mexico CityTrio of siblings took stigma against mental health in their songs. By moving about their own struggles in their debut LP Every day all dayLatin Mafia has made a strong emotional bond with their fans.

“We’re not Latin Mafia without the people who listen to our music and connect with us, Emilio says” Latin Mafia. “I believe it’s obviously clear that we feel about our music. We have expressed ourselves in a strong way.”

Emilio is one of the singers of Latin Mafia with his twin Milton de la Rosa. Their older brother Mike De Rosa, who served as a band, rotated to Trio. In October, Latin Mafia puts a new Latin music life with lots of avant generations such as R & B, Trap, Trappop, Flamenco, Slamenco, Trenam, and more. The brothers also opened about their concerns with the sudden fame in Frenetic “Siento que Merezco más.” Latin Mafia is not afraid to wear their hearts in their arms. The music video for “No Digas Nadas” showed them supporting each other by a stage of emotional.

With machismo (toxic masculinity) rooted in Latinx culture, tears and talking about feelings can be seen as weakness. For Latin Mafia, it is a strength to them. This past year, Trio makes the US and Mexican concerts in their te odio y te Shartosuo Mucho has taken their concert in the Palacio de los deportes in June 1, which includes visitors like Oar Apollo. Latin Mafia brings emotions behind their music in life and dismissed tears when they revealed that their grandmother had passed a few days before. After the performance, they caught upoxx to discuss about mental health, the importance of vulnerability, and what is next.

Why is it important for you to talk about your music’s mental health and platform?

Milton de la Rosa: There are many people who don’t talk about it. There are many people who don’t talk about how they feel. There are many people who don’t ask for help, and that doesn’t end well. If we can do something in one way or another, it is to show what we’ve been through. You can’t ask people to talk about what they can go, but we want to let them know that they can do that if they want to do and it’s okay. Mexico is a country with high suicide rates of teenagers and adults. It is unreasonable for us not to talk about it or not give the issue. We want to try to do something or make a difference in any way we can. We show that we are human and we feel things and that’s okay to feel things. You don’t have to hold that or keep it on your own. Being weak is part of human experience, and it is okay to be vulnerable.

What do you recommend to anyone experiencing mental health issues?

Emilio de la Rosa: The first step to getting help tells about it. That’s really helpful.

Milton: I feel like I can’t cry enough about my grandmother because I feel a lot of pressure from these dispesees in Palacio de los Los Deportes. I don’t have time to allow myself to feel or give myself a stop from everything. That brings the ocean of tears last night. Yesterday, I’m like, ‘Okay, I need it all.’ Honestly, I believe that yesterday’s performance is like treatment for me.

Emilio: The difference between shows yesterday and today is yesterday’s performance so sad, knowing that my grandmother is not here to see that show. Now, the show is happier because I know he watches us and enjoy seeing our show.

Milton: Now the show today is f * cking awesome! I’m sure he’s angry that I took my clothes and I jumped out of many high places. (Tights.) I’m sure he loves it.

How Terapapeutic is in an experience for you men to make your album Every day all day?

Mike de la Rosa: That album comes from a very cathartic area, like these shows. The album includes a lot of emotions we feel in time, many things we want to talk about, and many things we want now. The presentation today is the perfect example of what we want to give and what we want to show our music.

What do men want to do to take care of yourself and your mental health?

Milton: We go to the gym every day and I eat a balanced diet. We eat lots of vegetables and proteins and that’s it. I went through a month without eating anything with sugar, so why I ate these cookies before me. I am a person who is very vulnerable to a level of thinking. Since I was young, I had to get used to keeping my mind busy. I am a person who likes to have a routine. In a way, having a routine gives me peace of mind. I feel disciplined to do exercise and eat healthy every day not only help me with my body, but I think too. I believe I want to take care of my body and mind. Discipline is not a bad habit. I want to discipline my job, mental health, my body, and my mind. So I said, ‘Live a routine!’ (Tiffany.)

Emilio: The crazy thing is that I do the same routine like him and my body hasn’t changed.

In this palacio de los deportes show, you guys come to the future Cumbia song with Omar Apollo. What experience wants to work with him in music and now go on living with him?

Emilio: It is an honor for us. We said at the time of showing that we were very admired. I saw him a few years ago at home by Van concerts here. To share the stage with people at the level of talent that he is incredible. That is for all artists we share the stage with now (Akriila, Jesse Baez, and Ruswsky). Until the day I die, I will always bring me experiences to share stage and music to my favorite artists.

Mike: There was once I told my brothers, ‘take this opportunity and take a thinking of its thinking.’ Everything we can catch up with this moment. This is very cathartic. Two days we never forget. We know that our grandmother guadalupe is very proud of us and that makes us happy.

This month is also proud of the month. I wonder if you guys have a message for your fans belonging to the LGBTQ + Community.

Emilio: As Latin Mafia, we always say to feel what you want to feel and experience what you want to get used to. Live in your life and do your heart wants. Rejoice and don’t worry about what other people think. We know that this month is very important for our fans covered by the LGBTQ + Community. Think about who you are and love everything you do because that makes you incredible. We admire all the people who belong to that community. They are very strong people.

What else can we expect from you men this year?

Milton: There are many many music, teamworks, and music videos to come. This year, we want to start working on our second album. We want to re-enter the exploration mode to be able to do even multiple things.

Mike: We haven’t started with our second album yet, but you have some ideas.

What do you want to achieve next Latin Mafia?

Milton: In a year or a year and a half, Latin Mafia will make Estadio GNP Suruuros.

Emilio: Latin world mafia (around the world). World Latin. World mafia.

Milton: This year, we will win our first Latin Grammy and then our first grammy. To win the awards can be a dream come true and when we get both of them, let’s go!
