The 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire earned a famous 5-star safety rating under Bharat New Car Assessment Pregratment (Bhharat NCAP), strengthening the label of the road brand. The compact sedan has also reached similar marks under global ncap last year.
The Minister of the Union road for roadways, Nitin Gadkari, thanked Maruti Suzuki India in a post of x (former Twitter), calling it a proud time for cars’ cars.

Gadkari added, “with #bharatncap, we refer to public awareness of customers who can make a safer decisions. It marks vehicles.

Built in the fifth generation of lunch on Maruti, the new Dzire has a body structure with a 45% high-tensile steel and arrive at a wide safety suite including:
- Six airbags
- The Electronic Stability Program (ESP)
- Hungot Help
- ABS with EBD and brake help
- Three points seatbelts for all passengers
- Isofix mountains in the isofix seat
- Rear Defogger
Many other Maruti Suzuki models are currently subject to Bharat NCAP test, and a perfect list is expected to release soon, according to sources.
2024 Gutu Suzuki Turn sneezing
2024 Dzire gets a bold design upgrade, with a new front grille, headed headlamps to Crystal, the 15-inch tires to flow, a shutk fin intenna, and a boot lid spoiler.
Inside, the sedan got a premium double-tuned dashboard inspired by 2024 speed, finished with trees garnishes. The key features include:

Engine, Transmission & Mileage
Under the hood, Dzire is run by Z12E 1.2-liter 3-cylinder petrol engine, delivering 81.58ps and 111.7nm torque. It provides two transmission options – a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed amt.

Launch, book and expected price
2024 Dzire is set to launch India on November 11. The bookings have already begun for a token amount of Rs 11,000.
While the current model sells between Rs 6.56 lakh and Rs 9.39 lakh (ex-showroom), the updated version is expected to be obtained from Rs 10 Lakh (ex-showroom).
