Yigal Dimri, controls shareholder and CEO of YH Dimri Construction and Development (Tase: Dimri), maintained by the state of blasting the swords of steel war. In a recent real estate conference, Dimri says that in his opinion Palestinians should never return to work in the construction of Israel. In a call of investors to release the first quarter of the YH DH Dimri, he expressed himself more powerful in this matter.
Dimri said his company for many years tried to reduce the workers in Palestine. “We succeeded in doing so, and we could hardly use any Palestinians, all of them workers from abroad. There was a problem with sub-contractors, but they also gradually overcome it.
“We must try not to trust Palestinians,” Dimri continued, and told the details that may have heard the first time from a large building company. “When we worked with Palestinians, there were many chances of sabotaging many projects. No one goes out of it, they don’t like, and if a Palestinian works for you.
“It happened many times when we finished building and discovered that the whole sewage system was disabled. We dig in. We dig. We dig. We’re digging. dug. We digested shortened. We dig. We dig. We dig. And we saw that they didn’t shorten the profit.
26% gross gain on SDE DOV
In calling investors, Dimri commented on one of the most mentioned places on earth recently, the SDE Dov Quarter, formerly the SDE Dov Airport area, North Tel Aviv. YH Dimri has two places in place, where it can build all 733 house units. Dimri estimates that within two months the company will start working on the land in the south of the quarter.
Dimri’s call is with investors before announcing by Gindi Holdings, making the waves of the market, which began to sell land apartments from NIS 49,000 per square meter.
According to Dimri, neighborhood prices are higher – “at the level of NIS 75,000 to 85,000 per square meter.”
“We estimate that we reach 26% of the project gross profit, but we are very conservative,” Dimri added. “We are expected to show a price of NIS 70,000 including VAT, including hotels and commercial areas. I think, despite many competitions.”
