A new study of the National Road Legurity Authority has found a clear connection between the below socio-economic type of roads. Unlike other countries where the policies developed to deal with the innovation, Israel did not.
The study consists of time 2018-2022. It knows that residents of low socio-economic clusters (clusters 1-4, including many Arabic residents) that road accidents in the upper clusters (8-10). For children, the picture is more intense. In their case, the gap is 2.4 times. The road accidents are a common causes of children’s death and hospitalization, especially in the weak sections of the society of Israel.
The reasons for these gaps are many. The study, reaching “globes”, says: “In Israel, there are gaps in infrastructures in socio-economic roads in international rankings.”
Checking by authority in recent years of infrastructure in school environs reveals that 53% of the main schools of soctore in clusters 5-8, and only 4% of clusters 9-10. Patrols of policemen in the volunteer policy for school students barely absorb Haredi and Arab Society.
The problem continues with slow response to an accident, that the time being rounded between injury and hospital possessions varied in the locality, even if Israel’s stage statistics are not available in Israel.
Following the law varies well. According to a Central Bureau of Statistics Dating survey from 2021, 95% of high-incomal vehicles and 89% of income managers.
A Worldwide Phenomenon
The trend is a global. According to the World Health Organization website, 93% of those killed in road accidents around the world are from countles with low and middle income, and within high-income countries, people of low socio-economic status are more involved in road accidents.
The socio-economic state is known as a prophecy of health and life, and in recent years research in this aspect of road accidents expanded similar photographs. One of the pioneers in this area is Canada, where it was demonstrated in the 1990s that children from poor neighborhoods in Montreal were injured in road accidents at a rate of four times that of children from wealthier neighborhood. Similar study at the same time in Nottingham in the UK found the same results.
A study published five years ago that analyzing data from the whole world has found a level of casualties in people with communities and people living in the communities and minorities and minorities. Young drivers in the low socio-economic state injured at the rate 1.8 times others, and in Australia found to double in Australia. In Canada, many people with low income were killed in roads than people with high income, and drivers with drivers with many accidents.
In light of the value of research indicating the same conditions around the world, various programs began to focus on road accidents in road accidents in road accidents in road accidents in road accidents. Programs were surveyed on the road study at the Dauran National Road Ebout Evout written by Fadi Cabha and approved by the principal principal Prof. Hillel Bar-Gera.
The national national national, for example, is based on a social safety model known, beyond information or qualification, such as social background, culture, and environment. Personal responsibility is the only part of the picture, and the cause of road safety can be helped by social and community organizations along the PUBIC policy and laws.
This directional policy has influenced other worldwide programs
In the UK, a special program has been developed for young people from poor neighborhoods, from understanding that students who are attending or involved in crime involved in road accidents.
“We should move together”
Different studies show a connection between lack of safety and poverty and lack of access to services, education, and jobs, and that public transportation will reduce risks. The Study by the National Road Safety Authority, which is subordinate to the Ministry of Transport, States, The Ministry of Transport is promoting the ‘Reform in question relates only to fares, and not to availability and reliability of public Transport.
“Numbers compels us to work together – the government, local authorities, social organizations, and public as a whole,” as the National Rofation Authority Chairon Yoram Halevy. “Only through strategic cooperation that carries the systemic changes and adapt to the solutions to the special needs of the population groups of all Israeli citizens and decreases in life.”
After years of lack of government action on this matter, the study recommends possible measures that have been tested elsewhere, which saved many Lives in Sweden in Sweden and the Netherlands. This method is recognized that most pedestrians are not criminals, but do errors. For example, if a road is suitable for traveling 70 kilometers an hour, it does not use a 30 kilometer one-time time limit of time limit not to be encouraged. The procedure requires holistic geometry treatment in the road and planning urban, digital implementation, education, and more.
Such a program took Israel years ago but not promoted or dissolved. The National Road Authority is recommended that in this context the cross-sector cooperation must be encouraged, and infrastructure investment and areas based on equalities are required.
Meanwhile, programs are something, and reality is one more. Since the beginning of this year, 195 people were killed in the roads of Israel, similar to the corresponding period last year, who saw most of the road accident in seventeen years. In international statistics measuring the number of deaths associated with population size and distance traveling, Israel’s position-to-good-to-good-to-good-to-goodness of the OECD counts in many years. The report focuses on a significant point of the weakness of Israel, and the potential to save the country’s lives if they know that accidents are not a decree of fate.
