Ajman announced new rules to handle real estate Service charges and fines.
Sheikh Ammar Bin Humuaid al Muaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman Executive Cons Council, issued service fees, and fields, and fine regulation of Department of Lat and Real Estate.
Emiri’s command is about the wider emirate effort to modernize around the legislative environment in charge of the efficacy of real estate and emirate development.
Ajman real estate rules
Under the command, the regulation of the Department of Land and Real Estate will collect the determined service fee, can be found in the document violations, and collect the specified fines specified in any other legislative.
Any text or provision with any other legislation will be deducted as much as opposing the provisions of this order.
The order can be effect in 60 days from its release, and is to be filled with official Gazette.
