US friends buy six apartments in Jerusalem for NIS 30M

A group of Jewish friends have purchased six apartments in the Presalen of Luria project in Arnona in Jerusalem in NIS 30 million. The project was built on a consortium of Shimon Tzafarti and Neumann Brothers.
