New records in Androctonus Ehrerberg, 1828 from Eastern Azarbaijan Province, Iran (Scorpiones: Buthidae)

Abstract

Limited studies are made of fools in the province of the East Azarbaijan, resulting in identifying seven species in the buthid. The examination of Androctonus collected from the east Azarbaijan province between 2021-2023 resulted in two new records and southern Turky, 2023 with the A. Turkies, the number of Eastern species was raised in Iran to six. Diagnostic characters provided two species and key to introduce Iranian androctoronus. Understanding the distribution of different species of Androctorus is important for determining their conditions in the habitat, which prevents scornoms that are aligned with each class for effective treatment.
