Abstract

Buthus Kuni Yağmur, Koç & Lourenço were described based on a female holotype specimen from Cyprus. These species are rededicated based on holotype and additional specimens collected from Cyprus, with the description of the man and different information presented for the first time. Detailed illustrations and images of UV images of female holotype and man’s specimens. The first ecological observations of B. James presented here. We’ve noticed that B. James Preferably sandy land and a different breed. In addition, we saw that B. James is associated with bushes in Cistus Salviifolius. According to our observations, specimens sit under the branches of these bushes or climb it. Adults observed under the bushes, while the segments of specimens were seen in the branches. We also reported the first recorded case of cannibalism in these species, documenting two times.
