They light but wonderfully warm and better with the wind. The G-1000 Lite Lite Stime recycled fabric gives you nice, healing freedom of movement, and has a lyme disease, the ability to vent leg cuffs and keep things out of value. (I also put a good little repellent in the fabric with no smell or other injury.) I also wanted that G-1000 could fix waterproofness (even if I hadn’t done it).
If you want to go shorts route, try it Kuhl Silencr Kargo Shorts ($ 79). They “stealth” cargo shorts that they have many pockets, but they are not like this. Dad doesn’t have to get back to the ’90s Gorunger Rocker he used to be if you don’t need. -Scott Gilbertson
