Long before Great Wall of China Built, other great walls are built throughout Eurasian steps – but they are not designed to protect against Mongol armies. The new excavations reveal that they are built to control the action of people or showing power, like border border today.
The Great Wall of China around several thousands of kilometers, the highest sticks run about 8850 kilometers. This feature comes from the Ming Dynasty (AD 1368 to 1644) and serves as a physical barrier to protect against Mongol attacks.
Unlike the Great Wall, which is – as defined by the name – consisted of many walls, the previous system is a network of channels, municipates in many northerly northerly regions of China, Mongolia and Russia and Russia.
It was built between the 10th and 12th centuries in many dynasties, primarily in Jin Dynasty (AD 1115), built by Siberian and northern China.

Structures are not more effective defenses, however. “It doesn’t mean to stop invading soldiers,” says Shelach-Lavi.
However, he suggested that it is more than a performance of power – to show that the place is under control of Jin Dynasty. The wall also has people carrying out the gates of the enclosures, so the flow of people, things and animals can be managed. It can also be used to avoid small attacks, even if they don’t stop armies, he said.
“The idea, in my mind, is to shine people where you have enclosures, so you can keep them, you can tax it,” he said. “It’s something to control who works, and in this regard, less than what we see today.”
Found also in the enclosure also lights how people have a life. “It’s a place in the pastoralist,” says Shelach-Lavi. “We found many evidence in the region of people living and hunting and fishing.”
And yet, the enclosure, researchers find coins from the dynasty of the Chinese dynasty, who fought with Jin Dynasty, a ceramics, a stone plant or used as a stove or a stove.
This means that significant resources have been invested in the construction and maintenance of garrison, as Shelach-Lavi, and also that people live here for the entire year. “That was surprised because today, they didn’t do agriculture in this place,” he said.
