Editor letters: readers debate the merits of a Kamala Harris Gurernatorial Run Run

In the editor: Very good column of George Skelton in Kamala Harris and the Governor of California (“Harris did not show interest in becoming governor of California,” May 26). It’s a bit sad if you know that the potential field seems to be inhabited by such mediocre politicians. Love him or hated him, I want to see others Jerry Brown, or even an Arnold Schwarzenegger. The next governor must be prepared to shake things and, if necessary, discard their orthodoxy at the party. I didn’t see Harris, Katie Porter or Antonio Villaraigosa suitable bill.

In the editor: What is it in all Anti-Harris articles? As the previous district lawyer for San Francisco and District Attorney and Senator for California, Harris has been more than enough in his career to qualify. But with the striking paper, he has many credentials than other potential candidates in San Francisco gun issues and later corporations in the beginning of California citizens.

In the editor: Skelton was not properly and lost the point when he called the charges Harris had to say about the presidential prowen bigen. “Skelton’s suggestion that any politician is forgiven for keeping quiet about their boss Harris has given a pass where one is inappropriate.

Harris has a duty to place the country in personal ambition. The cost of democratic parties and the country who pays for his silence (and, in fairness, which is not counted other) and continue to be higher than providing an ambition.

Raising the alarm he has finished politically, Harris – knowing that someone has accidentally searched for the presidency, how he sector in the first sector. That he is still mentioned (and, through others, looking for any political office is sad and distressing.

In the editor: Skelton scrad is 187,000 homeless in california “the highest in the country – just part because we get the largest population.” It’s not just a problem with California. Homeless people from the whole country reached California because of our greater climate, especially now there are storms and floods in many states. The federal government needs to help with this problem. Under the current president, it will never happen.

Our state has many budget problems, the infrastructure that is one of the most important as well as homeless, but there is little bit of visibility from Harris or any potential candidate.
