The genome order of Furrow Orbweavever, Larinoies Cornutus (CLERCK, 1757)
Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a female specimen of Larinationsies of corn (Furrow Orbweaver; Arthropoda; Aracnida; Araneae; Araneidae). The assembly has two haplotypes with total length of 2,304.58 megabasees and 2,295.32 megabasees. Most haplotypes 1 (98.49%) were scaed in 13 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including x1 and x2 Sex chromosome. Haplotype 2 is computed at scaffold level. The mitochondrial genome also gathered, with a height of 14.6 kilobases.
