About Adrian Birch’s letter (Britain should use the Passivhaus standard to cut energy costs of new homes, 21 May), we try to build a standard Passivhaus standard. However, we do not justify the construction of that pattern because the cost has risen over the past two years to £ 3,800 per sq meter for building 165-sq-meter tember-building.
Obviously, if the country’s Housebuilding companies have attempted to build the standard standard of passivaus, they will never have to complain, and the refusal of complaining, and the refusal of the complaining, and the refusal of me does not do the better established and confirmed their poorly built and designed houses. As for our desperate social homes, if construction costs remain tall, how much can a pattern of a pastivhaus be established?
After many changes in our plans, we approached the construction of a good home effective energy involving many parts of the passivhaus certificate. Passivhaus standard should come for British Housebuilding, but not at current price level.

Over 15 years ago as one of the providers who conducted the community community center in North London community, we went for Sylivhaus Stand at Serathius stands center, solar-sound panels. In spite of the bulk of time, the building was the first return to the Pass-Just Community Center in England. Hot and beautiful and efficient.
Passivhaus is a long established pattern in Germany, and can and should be adopted by the UK for new buildings. But as anyone can see when visiting our community center, it is also perfect and suitable for recurring old buildings.
