Dubai’s Roads and Authority Authority (RTA) Completed 70 percent of the UMM Suqeim Suqeim Suqeim Suqeim, from Al Khail Road to Sheikh Mohamed Bay Zayed Road, according to Director General Hatar al Tayer.
The project has been part of a master’s progress plan for Umm Suqeim-Al Qudra Corridor, who assigns 16 Kilsenets from Jumeirah Street at Emirates Road.

The project enhances the connection between the four arterial roads in Dubai: Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and Emirates Road.
The corridor will increase the capacity of 16,000 vehicles per hour in the same direction and reduce travel time between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Khail for 61 minutes.
The project served in residential and development zones including Al Barsha South 1, 2, and 3, Dubai Hills, Arjan Science Park, and Dubai Science Park, with a total population of more than one million residents.

In 2013, the RTA phase I completed the UMM Suqeim Street projectment projectment, covering the section between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.
Acts include building two bridges, each with three trails in the same direction. The first crossing of the eastern street was equal to Al Asael Street, and the second crossed the west road was equal to the first road in Al Khail.
The project includes two sign-man intersections in Umm Suqeim Street Street’s Junction and First Al Khail Street, with three pedestrian bridges facilitating the safe crossing between al qoz and al barsha.
By 2020, as part of the roadside roads for Dubai Hills Mall, RTAB main bridge to the entrance to the hills of Dubai Hills and Al Barsha South.
The 500-meter bridge has four paths in each direction and a capacity of 16,000 vehicles per hour in two directions.
