Nvidia is more than doubling the number of floors it hired in one of the twin Rubinstein Twin in Yitzhak Sadeh Street at Tel Aviv involved in most expansion of Israel. The amount of agreement does not disclose but estimated it for many millions of dollars.
It used to be reported by “Globes” who rented 11 floors in the tower but then decided to freeze tech crisis in toch aviv’s tower tower near Hashalom. NVIVIA is currently lowering some of the floors originally planned to occupy Google.
The lease is believed in ten years from the start of the company’s original agreement with Rubinstein group for occupation on the first eight floor of 2022.
After the lease until the end of the year, the general space of NVIDIA in Tel Aviv can be 22,000 square meters, more than half of the area of the building. The 18 floors will arrive at 1,200 employees and also include AI Research Labs Labs, Spee Space asfaf Granit with all company activities in the first year.
Rubinstein Towin Towers in the former neighborhood of Hassan Arafa in Yitzhak Sadeh Sadehan at Tel Aviv have 34 dunams (2.125 hectares). Towers have 85,000 square meters of office space and 35,000 square meters of space under the parking lot.
Expand R & D activities in Israel
The expansion of Nvidia’s activities in Tel Aviv follows the acquisition of two Israeli software companies last year – AI and deci.i as well as activities in companies and artificial intelligence groups.
“Globes” reported yesterday that Dechi.ai helped Nviva develop business models for operating AI agents such as servicenow, SAP and Salesfore. The activities of acquired companies move to the new building, in addition to other teams originally operated under NVIDIA.
According to NVIDIA, new offices “support the expansion of NVIVIA activities, which are served in product centers, owning data data, software, software in the AI and more.”
In addition to 18 floors of NVIVIA offices in rubintein twin, the company has Israeli offices in Tel Hai, Yokneam and Mevo Carmel in Ra’aan aviv in center, and TEL. Tel Aviv’s development center is the second largest in Israel after the Yokneam Development Center, based on the Mellapanox Hedkuwarters, which acquired it for $ 6.9 billion. Overall, NVIDIA has more than 4,500 employees in Israel.
